Corporate Office / New Delhi
Financial / Business Analysis, Corporate strategy and planning, Management reporting, Budgeting and proposal evaluations / Financial modeling.
- Preparation of Business Plans, projects budget and pricing strategy for projects planned to be launched and for other various ongoing projects
- Management Reporting - Annual / rolling business plan & budgets, Daily/Weekly/Monthly MI reports as well as the contentment of ad-hoc requirements
- Business Performance analysis - Analysis of planned targets with actual performance, budget variance and inferring the reasons for deviations.
- Reviewing of Systems & Process - Streamlining and automation of existing processes through systems
- Part of CMD’s office, reporting to CMD
